Although personally I do not think buying knives to people or the purchase of kits, there are four possibilities, all that I have some examples
Series Classic Series Wustof forged or falsified Grand Prix II

Henckels either the dealer or the 4-double stars. Note Be careful when you buy Henckels knives do that some great things and some real junk

Messerneister St. Moritz and Meridian Elite Series
Note: The knives are in the shops listed below Restaurant *****

Knife F. Moonlighting

In any case, it is forged Full Tang knife because of the combination of stainless steel carbon steel
Learn how to give these knives, which can be very competitive prices, shopping around the first

Personally, I am the Global knives. They are quite expensive, but it is the kitchen knife, cut only know a piece of paper with no opposition can be. There are still more expensive brands in Japan are better, but on the whole been very good. In addition, the knives are the only know they are so well balanced. You can literally handle and the balance at the tip of the finger like a knife to throw. If you buy a set of knives might pay a few quid extra for a knife block or knife bag. Downhill knife not only enough space to be abused at all in the drawer of your kitchen.
